My name is Toke Adeyemo and I help busy women looking for a holistic way to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle through healthy eating, physical activity, and positive mindset.

 I’m an emergency room nurse practitioner, health coach, and a health enthusiast.

I’m also a wife, mom of 3, sister, aunt, and friend.

I did not grow up overweight, but became conscious of things like weight when I got to college. 


Like many, I had gained weight and didn’t live a terribly unhealthy lifestyle in my 20s (I exercised here and there), but certainly was not the picture of health. After getting married, pregnant, and having my babies - I found myself up 70 lbs!

I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes and absolutely despised the way I looked in pictures! I really began soul searching for what it truly means to be healthy. I discovered it wasn’t reaching a certain number on the scale, or looking a certain way - though that’s what I was after in my 20s! 


Sure, those things are awesome and come along with the territory, but what I came to realize was that being healthy is first of all a state of mind. It is a transformation that happens in your head and heart. The way you view your body and the state your body should be in as it relates to your health all depends on you.


Being healthy is a continuous journey, not just a destination. The truth is – I’ve been where you were. Doesn’t mean that I’m 100% all the time - I'm absolutely not.


But if you can change the way that you think about the way you take care of yourself as it relates to your health, you’ll be shocked at what you can achieve in a short period.
